The monthly disposable Air Optix aqua is an advance silicon hydrogel material that allows the eye extreme comfort and deposit resistance. This lens is also licensed for a 6 day and night continuous wearing schedule. A better selection if this is the wearing schedule required is the Air Optix Night and Day which is licensed for a month of continuous wear. Should you need your astigmatism corrected these Night and Day are then not suitable. The astigmatism version of the Aqua lens allows astigmatism to be corrected up to -2.25.
The last offering is the multifocal Air Optix lens that allow an easy transition when a reading correction is needed as well as the distance correction. 3 choices of reading power can be very effective for the straight forward spherical corrections, ie not astigmatism correction needed for real clarity.
